The aerosol of dry domestic salt with very low concentration is used for salt therapy. During the inhalation of this, salt gets onto the mucous membranes of respiratory channels. Salt treatment is primarily used for the treatment of chronic diseases of respiratory channels, including asthma, chronic bronchitis, chronic maxillary sinusitis, chronic cold, chronic inflammation of tonsils and/or pharyngitis and of allergy sufferers. Salt therapy is also suitable for smokers and people who work in dusty places. It helps to avoid the rise of chronic diseases.
