Estonia Rehabilitation Center

Estonia Rehabilitation Centre, located in the popular resort of Pärnu, is one of the oldest treatment facilities in the country. It is well-known for its years of tradition but has recently been fully renovated and refurbished.

Accomodation

The hotel is made up of three buildings. The green building has accommodation for up to 97 people in single and twin/double rooms, family rooms and suites with Jacuzzis and saunas. All rooms are air-conditioned.

The white building has accommodation for up to 108 people in single, twin/double and triple rooms and one suite.

The park building has accommodation for up to 280 people in single and twin/double rooms and suites.

All rooms are allergen-free, en suite (with a toilet and shower) and come with satellite television and a telephone. Most rooms also have a balcony. Additional beds are available on request. The hotel has lifts and ramps for disabled access. The entire hotel is smoke-free.

THERAPY & TREATMENT

The centre provides professional preventive and rehabilitative therapy six days a week. It focuses on treating bone and joint problems, the coronary and circulatory systems, the peripheral nervous system and respiratory tract and skin problems. Guests can also consult specialists, undergo dental treatment and arrange for other tests to be carried out (blood sugar, cholesterol, ECG, ultrasound, urine and others, for which guests are charged).

The centre offers more than 30 therapeutic procedures, including unique cold therapy (as low as –120°C), also as a localised procedure; mineral wax and paraffin therapy; herb, pearl, mud extract and CO2 baths; light therapy; partial and general massage; underwater shower massage; sports, lymph, Thai and sole of the foot point massage; laser therapy and acupuncture; aerobics and water aerobics; and electric therapy (machine-based physiotherapy).

MEALS

Guests at the hotel are catered for in the buffet restaurants in the green and park buildings. The white building also has a pizzeria, while the green building has a lobby bar and the 8th floor of the park building boasts a café with panoramic views.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

All beauty services and treatments are provided in the beauty salon in the park building and in the beauty services rooms in the green building. The hotel also has conference and seminar rooms and offers car and bicycle hire, a currency exchange, solarium, gym, shops and a pharmacy, billiards and other games.

Guests who are looking for a relaxing but still active break will enjoy Estonia Termid, the hotel’s new sauna and pool centre. Spread out over two floors, the complex boasts two pools with massage jets and other water features; a children’s pool; hamam-style steam saunas; a sento area with steam and salt saunas and a Japanese bath; Vichy showers; a Kneipp walking track; and two massage baths.
