Tervis Medical Spa

Tervis Medical Spa is Estonia’s largest 3-star treatment spa. Situated on the beachfront in the city of Pärnu, it has four decades of accommodation and therapy experience. The spa complex consists of seven separate buildings connected by glass galleries.

Accomodation

The hotel has accommodation for a total of 508 people: 204 double/ twin rooms (including 5 rooms designed especially for people with disabilities), 32 single rooms and 34 suites, some with their own saunas. All rooms are en suite (with a toilet and shower) and come with a TV, telephone and refrigerator. Beautiful views open out from the balconies to the nearby park or to the mouth of the Pärnu River. The hotel has been awarded the internationally recognised Green Key as an environmentally friendly establishment.

THERAPY & TREATMENT

The spa focuses on medical services and offers an extensive selection of resort therapy procedures. Its treatment packages take a range of needs into account. Many packages include a private consultation with a doctor upon arrival, during which you can work together to decide upon the most appropriate course of treatment for you. You can choose from more than 70 therapeutic procedures, tests and relaxing treatments.

The spa provides professional treatment for bone, joint, heart, circulation and peripheral and functional nervous system problems. Its salt chamber is designed to alleviate respiratory, allergic and skin problems. Good use is made of therapeutic mud from nearby Lake Ermistu, which is applied in both general procedures and localised wraps. Dental services are also available at the spa.

MEALS

An extensive breakfast buffet – including both traditional breakfast items and especially healthy options – is provided in the Tervis Medical Spa’s restaurant. The buffet lunch and dinner menus are also prepared taking special needs into account.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

The spa also takes care of its guests’ recreational needs. Concerts featuring international headline acts take place in its cultural centre in the evenings, and there are also dance nights, theme days, exhibitions and more.

The brand new spa and sauna centre offers guests everything they might expect from such a haven of relaxation and pampering. There is also a library; a public Internet point; a sports complex with a playing court, table tennis facilities and a gym; a natural solarium; a beauty centre; shops; and excursions can be booked with guides.

The spa also offers conference services. In addition to its conference hall, which can set up to 286 people, seminars and meetings can be held in three fully-equipped rooms (including Internet) which seat up to 15, 20 or 40 people.
