Loodus BIOSPA is an exclusive fasting center. We create an opportunity to break free from old patterns and embark on a healthier life. Our main activities include organizing 5- and 7-day cleansing and slimming detox diets and fasting programs throughout the year. In addition, we offer a variety of healing and relaxing procedures.

In 2023, Loodus BIOSPA became the first in the Nordic countries to receive recognition as an F.X. Mayr health and competence center. Using the unique F.X. Mayr methodology, the body can better cleanse, heal, and rejuvenate itself. The program begins with a diagnosis based on the F.X. Mayr method. Based on the diagnosis, an individual therapy program is developed, following F.X. Mayr’s 4 healing principles: cleansing the intestines, giving rest to the digestive tract, teaching healthy nutrition, and supporting the body with vitamins and supplements.

Located 5 km from Tartu in a picturesque and private rural setting, Loodus BIOSPA features a medicinal herb garden with around 40 plant species cultivated for both herbal teas and procedures. Various walking paths of different lengths start from the house. Fasting is not just about abstaining from food – it also involves continuous outdoor activities, cleansing the intestines, various massages, and water procedures. Coming to nature for fasting primarily means the opportunity to disconnect from everyday life, let go of everything for a while, and rediscover oneself.
